1. RTL/DIGITAL DESIGN

• Experience in RTL coding using verilog/VHDL/system verilog and micro architecture development.
• Experience in IP integration and familiarity with ARM AMBA bus protocol, Ethernet, USB, PCIe, MIPI etc.
• Experience in low power design methodology and clock domain crossing designs
• Experience in Spyglass Lint/CDC checks and waiver creation

2. ASIC DESIGN VERIFICATION

• Experience in Test plan development
• Building testbenches from scratch using system verilog and UVM
• Knowledge of ARM AMBA bus protocols, PCIe, Ethernet, MIPI etc
• Knowledge of Functional coverage and assertions
• Knowledge of PERL or Python

3. PHYSICAL DESIGN

• Experience in handling Netlist to GDS II at block level for multiple tape outs
• Experience in Physical design implementation (Floorplanning, placement optimizations, CTS, routing and/or STA) in advanced technologies
• Good knowledge of EDA tools from Synopsys , Cadence and Mentor, particularly experience with ICC, PTSI, Encounter, Nanoroute, Calibre etc
• Hands-on experience in block/top level signoff STA, physical verification (DRC/LVS/ERC/antenna) checks
• Experience in physical implementation of timing/functional ECO’s
• Knowledge of Programming and scripting skills (Tcl, perl and/or C)

4. EMBEDDED DEVELOPER

• Experience in RTOS and Linux
• Experience with ARM MPU/MCU firmware and software development
• Embedded programming experience in C, C++ and PYTHON
